Her leadership reflects her dedication to both her industry and her community. Denise has served on the Board of Directors for Incline Village Realtors since 2020 and was elected President in 2024. She also joined the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District Board in 2017 and continues to serve proudly, in addition to her role as President of the Resort Alliance in 2026.
Denise’s path to real estate is uniquely grounded in service and resilience. After earning her business degree from St. Norbert College, she spent 10 years as a firefighter and lieutenant in Wisconsin, where she developed calm-under-pressure decision-making and strong communication skills. She later founded and ran a successful luxury property management company before transitioning into real estate with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty.
Beyond her real estate career, Denise remains an active part of the Incline Village community. She volunteers with Sierra Community House Hunger Relief Program, Nevada Nordic, and Tahoe Mountain Bike Girls, and has been an instructor at the Incline Village Recreation Center since 2014. She also embraces Tahoe’s outdoor lifestyle year-round, enjoying skiing, biking, hiking, and snowshoeing with family and friends.

The median list price for Incline Village condos climbed to $975,000 in September, a healthy increase from $887,000. But in keeping with our normal fall drop-off, buyers were more successful with price negotiations as the list-to-sale price dipped slightly to 95% (down from 97%).
